HAHA.
Its official, the Universe hates me.
So, I went to the Military Hospital (like another poster, I am an active duty military id card holder, so its Uncle Sam for health care...).
I thought it would be OK Since my doctor was on the crew for medical for NASA pilots. He had all these certificates and graduated Cum Laude even!
Here we are, over 7 weeks post surgery and I have TWO separate lumps of what I believe is scar tissue.
Applying lipstick I can feel a hard bump, but its not like my mucolele was. One lump is tiny, and down infront of my gums, below my teeth, the other is actually ON my lip, deep inside the lip tissue.
Also, sucking on a sucker I can feel it.
grrrr. I wanted to let folks know, pass the word. DO NOT BITE YOUR LIP. STOP YOUR KIDS FROM BITING THEIR LIP. I BIT MY LIP FOR 16 YEARS AND NOW I AM PAYING THE PRICE.
I will keep you posted.

Aww, come on! Did you go back to your Dr? I had one, the dentist said it was a pappiloma. He removed it. It came back. I moved away. Went to an oral surgeon told him I had a pappiloma and to remove it NOW!!!!!!! He did so. When I came in with another LUMP (Not quite the same as before and in a slighlty different spot) he asked me some questions and found out it was a mucocle. The inly way to remove themis to take out the salivary gland. So he did and I have had no problems. Sure a little scar - even a little lumpish if I feel it on purpose, but it's NOTHING compared to what I had before!!!!!!!!!!!!!
