Anybody else get pain in thier gums, jaw?

Hi everyone, I had my mucocele removed about five days ago, and it appears to be healing well..the stiches haven't fallen out though. But, after the third day I started having pain under my chin and in the gums underneath my lower teeth. The pain isn't very bad, but I was wondring if anybody else experienced this?
