Hi everyone,
I am 1 week post surgery, just had my stitches removed. The area where the surgical site is has a hard lump as what feels like scar tissue. It makes the bottom curve of my lip even when I smile.
Did everyone's natural lip shape eventually return and how long?
Did everyones' scar tissue eventually resolve and how long?
Is your scar tissue still visible ( in a visible lump) that can be seen?
Is there anything I can do to speed up getting rid of the scar tissue? Anyone inject a steroid to flatten it and were you happy with the results?
Thanks in advance for your response. I have a follow up appointment in a few weeks and will keep posting my progress in the meantime.
