Is it serious?

I'm traveling soon and will be away for three months. I am planning on dealing with the Mucocele once I come back. Is it serious enough that I shouldn't wait? It doesn't hurt or anything, it's just kind of annoying at times. Will anything happen if I leave it for that long?

From the accounts I've heard, there shouldn't be any risk in waiting a few months. Some people on here have had them for years! Sometimes they can get big and annoying, though.
