General Vs Local Anesthetic

Most people have a local anaesthetic. Unless there's some special reason for the general then local is fine. It's not particularly pleasant and the anaesthetic stings like crazy as it goes in (or at least mine did) but after that you feel nothing.
I agree, I think most people just have a local anesthetic. Personaly I did, and the experiance wasn't bad at all. Uncomfortable for sure, but basically painless except for the initial shot.
After reading the responses I requested to do the procedure with just the local anesthetic and it was pretty painless. Like you said, a little stick at first but after that nothing. Plus is saved me almost $500 so I'm really glad I did. Thank you for your replies!
