Bitting my mococele... any long term/short term harm?

Well, I've had my mucocele for about 1 month now. It did seem to tame down just abit... but nowhere where its anywhere near gone. I would say its still about 4mm in diameter & 3mm in height.

The problem is, during sleep, I've already bitten my mucocele about 5 to 6 times. Everytime I bite it, I usually wake up. When I do bite the mucocele, it isn't anything hard; my body/reflexes quickly react and pull away.

When I do bite it, it always gets bigger/swollen. And it ALWAYS becomes very dark in red/purple color with a light hint of blue. (Most likely blood inside the mucocele).

It all becomes back to "normal" after about 1 to 2 days.

My question is:

Am I doing anything that will cause permanent damage to the area or would cause problems during removal? Like I said before, it always gets cleared up and comes back to "normal". But I just wan't reassurance.

Thank you all!.

It doesn't sound like anything super debilitating is going to happen from this - I mean, the main objective is to have the area cut up and the Mucocele extracted, right? If that isn't going to ruin things, I don't imagine that biting it a couple of times will be super awful.
