Worried about tight feeling

It's only been 48 hours, but am worried (now even more, after reading this site), that the "tight band" feeling I have when I smile (which is preventing me from smiling) is going to be permanent. I also have major swelling on the outside of my lip, although the inside of my lip (where the surgery was) is not swollen. Any words to make me feel better, like this tight feeling will go away when the swelling goes down? The tight feeling is inside...the swelling is outside. I am very worried this will affect my smiling forever.
