Mucocele removal in the SF Bay Area?

I have a mucocele on my lower lip that needs treatment. I have went to Kaiser long ago to have it removed, but this is a new one and I am no longer with Kaiser but have Blue Cross instead. Can you anyone recommend a place to go to in the SF Bay Area? I would prefer something in Oakland though. Thanks in advance.
