Many people have been posting me privately about their mucocele treatment and it made me think it could be very useful to have a seperate heading about malpractice and solutions. There is a group of us desperately seeking solutions but are terrified and don't know who to go to.
Perhaps this could also be linked into other professionals both surgical and non surgical so we could get some feedback from professionals as well who may be able to help us.
Also some people are now looking at going for remedial solutions and their feedback would be really useful to all of us. I am trying a number of things which so far are not working but it is early days and if it is helpful to me I will obviously like a specioal place to share this with the forum.
Many people have written to me and I thank you for sharing your stories with me which I appreciate takes a huge amount of courage. I hate what's happened to all of us, but at least information is power, and maybe between us with access to so much global knowledge, we may be able to help each other find a way through.
Most people on the forum seem to have had relatively successful surgeries but there are some of us whose lives have been devastated and need help finding a solution without making the matter worse. I think it warrants a section of its own and would be interested in your thoughts around this matter.
Lip surgery when not administered correctly has a massive impact on ones self identity and this impact cannot be underestimated. We are a small voice in a big world, lets turn that round!
