You stated that you used chew for over 20 years. So have I..mostly Skoal

did you finally quit?

I do well...I go several weeks without one...yet I get cravings and once every few weeks will take a dip

was it easy for you to quit?

No it wasn't easy...as a matter of fact now I'm hooked on nicotine gum....but it's gotta be better than the Copenhagen....but I sure miss dipping.
