Got One!

Just wanted to say great site. My wife couldn't believe that the google automatically brought me here. I bit my lip hard about a month ago and then again and again. Looks exactly like the guy's picture who started the site. If so many people have these why hasn't anyone heard of it? I don't want the hassle of going to the surgeon!
