does mucocele only occurs in the lips

well from what u all described it's seem mucoceles but mine is in my lower bottom mouth the lower back of my teeth hard to describe the parts i have it about 2 months it doesn't hurt but annoying i'm going to pop it to see the results. i have 3 lumps inside my mouth.
