Possible recurrence... x2?

So it's been 3 days since my removal surgery (today's Thursday, I got mine out on Monday). I put up with the thing for a year, then my dentist removed it for me... the surgery went well, and he stitched it up. Minimal swelling, probably because I iced it like crazy for the next 24 hours. However during the surgery, I could feel a lot of "stuff" happening in my mouth... banging, stretching, etc. This morning as I was attempting to brush my teeth (lol), I noticed two clear bumps above the surgery site (on the lower lip). TWO!!! ABOVE!!! EVEN HIGHER THAN WHERE MY OLD ONE WAS!!! I'm hoping they're not mucoceles... but as of now it's looking like THEY are. TWO!! They look like how my old mucocele started out, small, clear, bumps. Maybe they're just mini-mucoceles, and they'll go away when everything's healed. That's what I'm hoping. Has anyone else had this annoying problem? I'm so bummed.... two DIFFERENT, NEW mucoceles right after my surgery... :(
