Believe I have one???

Got a blister looking bump on the inside of my lip about four days ago. Doesn't hurt and looks like what everyone is describing in other messages. Also, mine seems to have a reddish ring around it from time to time, I was wondering if this is common with others or not..?? Haven't popped it because not sure what it is. Any suggestions??? Thanks.
