is this a mucocele? Help! Picture included

I just noticed this lump after I got my wisdom teeth removed. It is hard to see in the picture but half of it is a clearish color and the other part is dark red. It is crooked shaped too. Everyday twice for a week gargling with salt water hasn't helped

Hi st34!

It's definitely hard to make anything out in that picture, but even if we could, the only way to know is to see a doctor!

Is the lump painful?

I wouldn't worry about salt water not changing it, since that will not remove a mucocele anyway.
