is this a mucocele? Help! Picture included

I just noticed this lump after I got my wisdom teeth removed. It is hard to see in the picture but half of it is a clearish color and the other part is dark red. It is crooked shaped too. Everyday twice for a week gargling with salt water hasn't helped
