I have had a hard time swallowing for 2 weeks. I went to an ENT today and was told I have a probable mucocele . Has anyone else had one in their throat?!

That sounds scary. I'd be sure to get it checked out well if I were you. I've never heard of anyone here having one in their throat before. Good luck.
From what I understand, you can get a mucocele in a number of different places - including the throat. What did you find out, hollybelle?
oh my gosh. I have NEVER heard of that! that does sound scary. that'd seem hard to remove, too. i'm so sorry! but i didn't know u have salive glands on ur throat...that's what a mucocele is. a damaged salive gland. i know it's a late response but good luck!!! i really hope it's a successful surgery if you remove it!
