This blister in my mouth has enlarged and shrunk over the last couple of days. Never had anything like this before.

Can't, can I? Just observe for a week and if its not better see a physician, dentist, oral surgeon? Is one more skilled than the other in this specific nuisance?
Pop it if you want, but don't be surprised if it comes back.
Skip the physician. Oral surgeon is the way to go, they are very familiar with them...some require a general dentist referral...some will take you direct.
Thanks for the info. On further research, it was probably caused by an antidepressant I've been taking for the last few months. It dries my mouth out a little by reducing saliva production. If a mucocele is the worst side effect I get from the meds, I'll be pleased.
