I just got my lower wisdom teeth extracted and I'm going through a hell of alot of pain, maybe because my oral surgeon left out some aftercare procedures and I got an infection. I'm still healing. I have a fairly large mucocele (1 cm) since August, about 4 months ago, and this oral surgeon (Dr. Allan Moon, Scarborough) wants to perform the surgery. I was so confident because he has so many awards and it was double the price of any other doctor. Now, I'm completely in worry. I did not have the consultation about my mucocele yet, I have to wait until I fully heal of course.
I'm just asking for some recommendations on oral surgeons. I'm paranoid. My family has had a series of unsuccessful surgeries as well, unfortunately. I live in the North York region (Weston and Lawrence), but I'm willing to take any suggestions for the GTA. Thanks in advance!
