Do I have a Musocele or what?

I'm researching about lump in mouth or lip. Mine is from accidentally biting my lower lip inside when I chew sometimes. It is always the same spot and it is now a hard cyst like bump which I live with but sometimes bite and it drives me crazy. Something for the oral surgeon to take care of but they want $1000.00 or more.
