Mucocele or not; please help!!!!!!!!

I have an app tomorrow with an ENT. I have had this spot for two months under my tongue on the hole on the rt side. It has not grown; at times it seems smaller. I can move it as if there was liquid in the bottom of it. It does not change places It is like I can lift it and put it down. Now I am going to throw a wrnch in this. I have dipped for 9 years. I am really worried and hope someone with experience replies soon.
