I woke up this morning and noticed I have a smoothe lump on the inside of my cheek, there's like a little flap to it also. Pretty much painless.  It looks almost like a zit in my mouth, its very red. I also noticed a smaller one forming on the other side of my mouth. It's scaring the crap out of me, I'm really hoping its something thatll go away on its own as I have no health/dental insurance.

Actually, the last few days there has definitely been pain in the mysterious lump/ possible mucocele. And the whitehead area is spreading accross the mucocele. Hurts whenever anything touches it, ie. food, tongue.

vermn, mucoceles are generally painless, and they tend to show up on the inside of the bottom lip, rather than on the cheek. You should get this checked out; but come back and let us know what you find out!

I get little mucoceles from time to tome inside my cheeks...near the parotid ducts...

However...you might have an infected salivary duct

I still don't know if mine is a mucocel or just a permanently swollen lip.  If it's just swollen can it be fixed as well as a mucocele would?
