Very odd swollen lip (pictures).

I woke up a few days ago with my lower right lip rather swollen. It I sort of feels like a really big pimple that hasn't come to a head yet, on the inside of my lip and the outside. On the inside of my lip, you can't really see anything, but it hurts really bad. Is this a mucocele? It's not quite like the other descriptions I've read.

EDIT: In the first picture, the dot is a freckle. The sore formed directly underneath it, oddly enough. In the second picture, the red-ish mark is where it hurts. Other than that, it isn't really visible.
