not a mucocele and not cancer either

for almost two month, I have a very very tiny lump on my lower lip has not got bigger . I can only feel it when I run my tongue across it. can't feel it with my finger. I can see it a little went to the oral surgeon that removed my mucocele, he said he could not feel anything or see anything
He said the lower lip had hundreds of slavary glands in it and it could be raised.
He said it was not a mucocele..good
and no signs of cancer...even better
anybody else have these things?

Leave it alone, and try not to thnk about it. If its not growing, and its tiny dont worry, it doesn't show outside. If you try to pop it (like mine) it will swell 5 times.
