2 mucoceles on lip

ive gotten them removed twice...the first time i only had one and it was about 5 years ago and it stayed away for a while then about a year ago 2 appeared on my lip and it is noticeable when i talk and smile and is very annoying to me. i got them removed about 4 months ago and i dont think they ever fully went away. i want to get them removed agian but am afriad a third time will make my lip look unnatural ecspecialy sense i have it on both sides. im 15 years old and it sucks to have them. has anyone ever had 2 at once and had them removed twice?? im stuck on what to do. HELP!!!!
