Just want to know what it is

Alright I wish I had pictures because Im not sure how well I can describe what I have on my lips but I will try my best.  When I open my mouth there appears to be a growth on each side of my mouth where my lips meet but it's inside my mouth like on the ridge...when I close my mouth I can't feel anything there but if I "pucker up" I can feel what feels like a soft lump it's not really a bump because it's squishy and just kinda feels like extra cartiladge but I know that's not what it is...I first noticed these growths about two months ago and they haven't gotten any bigger or showed any signs of going away...they've just been the same...If anyone has any idea what I am trying to describe or can help me in any way I would greatly appreciate it, I just want to figure out what it is that is on my lips....Thank you
