Picture inside. What is this weird thing??

I'm pretty certain i'm the only person in the entire world with a lump in this particular place :( I've been to the doctors twice and I'm going back again in a few weeks so they can see if it has grown. It's been there for over a month now and it hasn't grown or shrunk or done anything. The doctors came up with "fleshy mass" and "a polyp" but it looks nothing like a polyp in my opinion.

There's also another one forming in my throat behind the arch at the bottom but its not as big and also has a little white spot on it.
I'm 22 years old, don't smoke or drink but I'm still conviced I've got cancer or something (I have really, really bad anxiety).

It doesn't hurt (unless i'm worrying about it, haha).

I can't even poke it because my gag reflex is so horribly strong. I've tried everything to try and override my gag reflex to try and poke it to see if its hard or soft.
What is it???
