Swollen wharton duct?

Hi, i have a lump that swells up under my tongue near the bottom of the skin that connects the tongue with the floor of the mouth. It gives after a few days and is gone and leaves me with a foul taste in my mouth. Then the cycle repeats after a couple of days. I was looking at the structure of the mouth is it possible i have an infection with one of my wharton's ducts? Thanks
