Scar Tissue

I had my mucocele removed May 2008, and I STILL have the scar tissue. I wouldn't mind but it's noticeable, especially when I talk and when my lips are moisturized ha. I don't know what to do, I didn't care much in the beginning because I thought it would go away but its been 1.5 years and its still there same size and all. Any advice?
