bloody lumps in my mouth

i have been taking garlic pills, i have sinus infection but i noticed that i have bloody  lumps in my mouth and the skin becomes very soft and if i remove it i never stips bleeding, any sugetions please.
i read garlic is an antibiotic but also a blood thinner, can somebody help me with some home remedies.
