2nd mucocele reacurrance post-op!!!

I had my first mucocele removed about 4 months ago by a oral surgeon in Arizona where I go to school. According to the specialist I went to for my second mucocele, he did a horrible job. I have a huge rope like scar which makes the right side of my lip disproportional and bumpy. The specialist I went to in the Bay Area did a much better job but about a month ago another mucocele sprung up right on the scar from the procedure, this makes number three. Is this going to be an on going thing? Am I going to have to repeat surgery after surgery until I have all of my mouth carved out? My bottom lip looks horrible enough from the first surgery and I do not want it to get any worse. Please help me out with some information.
