DESPERATE to remove, but broke :(

Hello friends, my name is Richard (19) and I have been suffering from a mucocele on the left side of my bottom lip for 4 months now. I believe it was caused by my negligence and lack of patience and changing my lip ring several times during its healing process. Although it had appeared 3 months prior to getting my lip pierced, it has to be the reason why i got it. I am desperately looking for a cure/treatment to help me get rid of this cyst on my face. I have tried listerine washes, sea salt washes, evening primrose oil, castor oil, ice, brushing my teeth excessively and draining it.My skin has almost fully healed from my attempts to draining it 3 weeks ago, and have since stopped because have realized draining it only helps temporarily. My current treatment regiment is taking 5 tablets of Boiron's Silicea 200ck tablets 3 times a day, along with brushing my teeth with Biotene toothpaste and Biotene Mouthwash after every meal and drinking about 4 water bottles a day. After reading about taking silicea (homeopathic healing) and how Biotene products have worked wonders on people, I was very eager to try it out thinking there still was hope for me. But still nothing.. My situation is making it worse for my mucocele because, i am currently living paycheck to paycheck, have no medical/dental insurance and can't even afford to get a check up appointment at the dentists.
    I have never realized how self conscious i was until i had developed this mucocele. I have become somewhat anti-social and you can even say depressed, because of this thing on my face. Now starting the spring semester in college, the last thing i wanna be is some anit-social weirdo because that is not who I am. I am the outgoing funny guy that loves to party as much as the next guy. My mucocele is noticeable from 10ft away and fluctuates in size during the day. This mucocele is only building my stress more, especially after reading several articles,blogs,stories and facts telling me that surgery may be my only hope despite the fact that it may return. I want to try cortisone shots or surgery but can't afford it. I read that if not treated quickly then it may become permanent and am afraid that may be the case for me. PLEASE. If anybody knows of anything else I can do that produces better results than all of the stuff i have already tried PLEASE don't hesitate to spread knowledge. ANYTHING that is effective and cheap, for my budget is almost invisible now. I have become desperate and am simply asking for only one thing in life right now and thats to get rid of this mucocele.
