White zit like bump on lower part of left cheek, please help!!! PIC INCLUDED

I just woke up this morning with this. It feels like a ait in my mouth. It's hard but when I put my tongue on it it feels like a growth of some sort. Like, it kinda can move when I put my tongue on it. Please help me, is it just a canker sore? I doesn't really hurt, yet but I'm not aure what this is!!
