Seemed to burst itself, now don't know what to do?

Basically this morning I woke up and ran my tongue along it, and it seemed to be burst, and stuff was coming out, which was very gross. So I squeezed the rest of the stuff out, and now i just sort of have a empty sack on my lip. But it still seems to be hard, so I'm thinking it may start to refill, it just hasnt started yet and its a day after. But I dont know if theres anything I should be doing? Maybe to prevent it refilling? Anybody know, cos I'd love to finallyyyy get rid of it, my surgery isnt book for 2 months!
