To quit something that we are used with is a difficult task, whatever the matter is. If you have ever tried to quit smoking, you would probably know how hard the task is. Studies have found that, each time you try to quit, you will become stronger and will learn about what made you to slip away from your desire to stop the habit all the time. Anyone can stop smoking if they set the decision with their heart.
