Still freaked out, hoping someone will respond (pics included)

I posted about this but so far, no one has replied.  Makes me think perhaps mine is not a mucocele but something worse.   Went to dentist, he wants to check it again next week, but told me it's not cancer - well I have a hard time believing him, I guess, because he is not an oral surgeon.

I am posting two pictures.   The first is the picture from last week, and the second is today.   It's changed a bit in that it's gotten smaller/flatter but what now worries me is I have a few pin-prick sized red spots on it.   I actually have two bumps like this in line with each other but the other one is much smaller and is further down the inside of my lip, too hard to get a picture of.   This one I am posting the picture of is right where I used to bite my lip alot and sucks my lower lip in between my teeth (nervous habit that I have since stopped).  Also, I should mention that I had lip augmentation 8 weeks ago with Juviderm - it's a lip filler.   In order to get it I had many needles injected in my lips.   First to numb me and then to do the filler.   So if you ask if I had any trauma to the area, that would be a big yes!  I just cant' help but worry anyway.   These are very small and I just noticed them last week but not sure if they might have been there longer.

Can someone tell me what they think?  Again, the first pic is from last Friday when it was larger, the second is from this morning where it's smaller but has those pin-prick sized red spots in it.   My eye tooth is right above it so that could be the reason it is irritated and red but I just don't know for sure and I have to wait until next week to have the dentist check it again :(
