Its Huge! Is this one? Pics Inside

OK i have had this on my inner lip for years but it was always smal and not noticable. every once in a while i have biten it and it hurts then but otherwise it is painless. But recently it has over doubled its size and now its very noticable. Now im tryin to find out whhat it is and what i need to do to get rid of it.
