I had a mucocele for about 3 weeks and i tried home remedies and nothing worked.
I had it removed by an oral surgeon today and now i noticed that I have these tiny small clear bumps on the opposite side of the original mucocele...
does anyone know what that is? is it some blistering from the surgery? or is it a bunch of mucoceles forming now?
if its more mucoceles then that makes me very sad...

I spoke with my dentist about getting mine removed and she said the problem with oral surgery on these things is that sometimes the surgery can damage other saliva ducts causing more mucocele's to form after surgery. So im sorry to say but you have a chance of getting more than one.
