small round dot on lower lip

Hi

For a couple of weeks now, I've had this dot/lump/wart in the middle of my lower lip. It seems perfect round, and isn't that big (I've attached a photo). I'm very uncertain as to what it might be, and if I should seek out my doctor. Does anybody have any experience with this?
