Nastiest mucocele yet? help!

Has anyone had anythign that looks similar to this?   I have no pre-existing conditions that would explain it.  This just formed like 3 days ago, and I have no idea what it is.  Could this be a mucocele?  
 
If someone has had something similar to this and knows any home treatments, please let me know, I would really appreciate it.
 
Also, does anyone know of websites where you can post pictures of problems like this and have doctors/dentists identify the problem?
 
(i can't get into the doctor until Tues, this sucks!!!)
