Unpredictable Mucocele

ok, i had this mucocele for about 6 months now... every now and then, it starts to grow and shrink without any identified day patterns... my mucocele was really small for like 3 months ago (barely noticeable). But yesterday was horrifying, in about 5 in the afternoon, my mucocele got really big! not only was it big, it was really hard...i'm trying to bite it hoping for it to decrease it's size but i can't 'coz it too hard. what's more scary is that it's color is somewhat dark blue...it scares the hell out of me. I'm not trying any home medicines yet but i will go to the ENT for a checkup.
Hope this thing goes away!
