so worried! do i have one?

Ok so I just noticed this like small kernel under the skin on my lower lip within the past 3 weeks. Its almost like a tiny ball that I can roll around with tongue or finger! Im really worried and terrified of surgery. Could this be one? The top of it is transparent but kind dark if I push the "kernel" to the surface. Help please!! Its no bigger than a pea however seems to slowly get larger.
