my lip

hi there
i have a red bump on my bottom lip that wont go away but it gets smaller than bigger then smaller.i tried using toothpaste and it made it worse i thought it was a cold sorr but ive had it for almost a month now.i got it right beforei got strep throat.no matter what i do it wont go away.its not filled with juice or anything watery it like really hard so hardthat i cant even squeeze it and when i put something on it like alchol clear juice comes out of the other side of my lip..so basically i just want to know what it is and how to get rid of it
