Looking for someone to try and settle my nerves. IM freaking out

The are is on the right side when the picture is facing you. i started squeezing it and the top layer had a whitish layer of like dead skin and someof it came off.

Hey man - let me start by saying I'm not a doctor, and sooner or later I think you'll need to go see one.  How did you get that bump?  Did you bite yourself or did it appear on its own?  Either way, it could be a mucocele - it's in nearly the same spot mine was.  It doesn't look much like mine, and is a lot bigger, but I don't think that necessarily means it's not a mucocele.  I think the best advice is for you to go see an oral surgeon or a dentist & ask what they think it is.  Maybe try a dentist first if you don't have medical or dental insurance - I think they're usually cheaper.  I think a professional is the only one who's going to be able to settle your nerves for good.  And if it is a mucocele, I strongly recommend getting it removed as soon as you can - you're going to have a heck of a time not biting that.  I got mine removed without insurance and it was $450 - a lot, but worth every penny.
