3 days after surgery. stitches came out. bruising?

I got surgery and got 3 stitches. I think that is smaller than usual. But one came out the next day. And now 2 came out on the third day. It seems like it mostly healed and will be okay but does anybody have any experience from that?

And other than scar tissue, is there anything else that happens or stays?

Any idea how long till it will start to feel and look semi normal?
