Does this look like mucocele? It stings a little bit when I eat or move my cheeks in certain ways.

not really.
I would go to the dentist if I were you and they can easily let you know....
if you can't go to a dentist... put some orajel on it and that could help it if it is a canker sore... and it is still there after a couple days... it's probaly not a canker sore...
