Hoping someone can put my mind at rest please

I have 2 concerns. My first worry I'd that I have this reoccurring lump under my tongue at the back that keeps coming back every few days which is quite sore. It bursts quite easily but having had this about a month it refuses to go away. Above this lump I have 2 white patches on my tongue that are painless and are not raised. I don't smoke and I don't drink a lot of alcohol. Can anyone please advise.
