differnt surgery

i had one, but before i found this or before I ever knew what it was I had it cut off and just cauterized by a dermatologist...it has grown back in  a few months...but i couldnt resist playing with it, thats why i think its come back...this surgery everyone has talked about , cutting sewing my lip with numbness makes me weary, should I just have the dermatologist cut it and cauterize it or have the surgery with stitches....if anyone has an opinion I'd liek it....its gotten big again, bled when i bit into a sandwich yesterday.....
