Bluish mucocele with veins?

This lump started after I bit my lip by accident one day, it was a really bad bite. Then it scarred I guess and it turned to a red lump. It got sore and ofcourse I wouldn't leave it alone and I would accidentally bite it again. It got bigger and then I just recently noticed its bluish-purpleish color and its size. Also what made me notice it more closely is the bluish veins and this one big vein. I got a little scared, i gotta admit.

Theres no pain now. It would be sore after I bit it but as of now theres no pain. It just looks nasty which is why I'm wondering if it's a mucocele or something else.
Also, when I put the tip of my tongue on it, I can feel a pulse and it feels as if its fizzing, but it's probably just the many little veins pulsating. Nothing is coming out or oozing.
