Little lump in mouth

Hi I recently found a small lump probably 1/16 to 1/8 wide on the inside of my lower lip. It scares me because I do chew tobacco once in awhile.  Its been there for probably two weeks now and doesn't hurt and doesnt have really any different color too it. Its weird because if I push on it for a bit it disappears but then it comes back about a half hour later. Like I said its very very small little lump but its something new so I am worried as hell.  Also I have been under alot of stress the last 2 months so could have that accounted for the lump forming? Thanks.
