Don't know what the lump is from?

i have this lump on my lower lip and it stings. I'm not sure what its from. I was out sun tanning and i came back inside and i noticed it. I thought it was just a blister so i tried popping it but all that came out with clear liquid and then blood. The stinging might just be from me peeling skin off my lip in that area. I dont know if its mucocele or not. Does it look like it to you?
